Very bad experience from start to finish with Astacio. They have been rude, unresponsive, and lied to me repeatedly. I had a new system put in and was told I could add a maintenance contract but despite repeated phone calls and promises that they would ...provide me the info, I have not received anything. My neighbor had them come and also had a terrible experience. Apparently used to be better a few years ago but they are very expensive for maintenance and they try to force everyone into a new system so don’t even call for maintenance if your system is old and you don’t want to replace it. Well actually, call someone, just not Astacio! If you call then expect to be told you need your system replaced it happened to 3 people I know with varying aged systems and issues.
